How do I use my DigiTicket?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. We suggest printing out the email or having your tickets available on a digital device (phone or tablet) as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access. However, you may make a note of this number and take this with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.  Please contact us if you wish to cancel and we will do our best to re allocate tickets but unfortunately we cannot be sure of this and refunds are therefore not guaranteed.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply show your ticket on your phone or tablet or make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day.

If there are spaces available tickets will be available at our ticket office on arrival, but we cannot guarantee there will still be tickets available, usually our events are sell out.
